KUT Energy.
KUT — a new era of energy tokenization. A bridge between digital and energy assets.
Tokenization is the process by which a real asset (such as oil, gold, real estate or infrastructure) is converted into digital tokens on the blockchain. Each token represents a share of that asset or its value, making it easy to buy, sell and transfer over the internet — like any digital asset, regardless of geography.
Four classes of producing resource assets.
Oil and gas
Producing hydrocarbon fields and energy infrastructure.
Mining and metals
Ferrous, non-ferrous and precious metals, plus industrial minerals.
Forests and land
Forests, biomass and non-mineral land resources.
Water and energy
Water resources, hydropower and generation.
UAE-based manager of the Swiss master fund of producing resource assets .
KUT Energy Investments LLC — the parent holding company based in the UAE — is responsible for strategic oversight of the entire ecosystem. All key assets are consolidated through the Master SPV (the "main vault" holding all project assets) in Zug, Switzerland, which serves as the primary asset holder for the group. For each deposit, separate SPV companies are established in the respective countries to handle local ownership and operations. The regulatory framework, tokenization, and engagement with international investors are structured through the Astana International Financial Centre in Kazakhstan, providing a transparent and internationally oriented legal infrastructure.
Our mission is to make real resource assets — such as energy, commodities and infrastructure — accessible not only to large funds and corporations, but to every individual. We digitize these assets (put them online) through tokenization and place them within a regulated system, where every investor can safely and transparently participate in their growth and earn.
To achieve this goal, we aggregate and structure real assets — in energy, commodities and infrastructure — into a single transparent system. Historically, a similar principle was already used in the global financial system when ordinary currencies were backed by gold: for example, the US dollar was long tied to gold reserves, and its value depended directly on a real physical asset. In our case, based on the aggregated assets, we issue a digital RWA token (Real World Asset token) that will be directly tied to the real value of the asset. In essence, this token is a digital reflection of real resources. Through the internet an investor can buy a token and thereby receive a share in real assets that generate revenue. All assets are held within a regulated legal structure, and tokenization makes them accessible online — without complex barriers, intermediaries or geographic restrictions.
Directness
Direct online access to real income-generating assets — with no intermediaries, traders or public companies involved. The relationship is exclusively between KUT and the investor.
Discipline
Clear rules of operation: transparent reporting, regular audits and oversight of the Master SPV under Swiss standards in Zug.
“The token is the lid of the jar; inside the jar — producing fields, mines and infrastructure.”
Distribution model of dividends.
After purchasing a token or a stake in the holding, the investor gains the right to dividends from the company's income. Payments can be made in different formats depending on the investor's choice and the distribution structure: in fiat currencies (USD, EUR and others), in cryptocurrencies (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum), as well as in real commodities — for example, in the equivalent of oil, gas, gold and other raw materials. Integration with central bank digital currencies (CBDC) is also possible in the future, allowing payments to be received directly in digital state currencies. Example: having invested $10 million, an investor can receive income not only in money, but also as a share of profit in commodities or their monetary equivalent — depending on the chosen format.

The payout format is set by the asset structure, jurisdiction and the income-distribution terms of each token class.
Three numbers. One consolidated portfolio.
Net asset value of the consolidated portfolio under international mineral standards.
From hydrocarbons to water and forests — eight resource asset categories in one structure.
Countries where local SPVs hold licenses and employ staff.
Commodity diversification
Corporate foundation
43 jurisdictions — operating and in onboarding.
SPV companies own the assets. The Swiss Master SPV unites them into one common "vault".
In each country where our real assets are located (deposits, energy, infrastructure), a separate company is created — an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle). It is simply a legal "shell" designed to hold a specific asset in a specific country. The transfer process then takes place: the asset (for example, a deposit or a project) is officially registered to this local SPV. That is, this company becomes the legal owner and operator of the asset in its country. After that, all these local SPVs are transferred into the Master SPV structure. Master SPV is the main holding company that owns shares in all these SPVs and brings them together into one group. Simply put: the SPV in each country holds its asset locally, while the Master SPV owns all the SPVs and consolidates them into one common group balance — like a single "vault" holding all the project's assets.

ERC-3643 token
ERC-3643 is like "a dollar in the Kaspi Bank mobile app": the same dollar, but with rules — who it can go to, with identity checks.
ERC-3643 is the same token, but with compliance rules at the smart-contract level.
Regular dollar:
- Just paper — no built-in rules
- Transferable to anyone, no verification
- No owner identity data
Regulated ERC-3643 token:
- Only KYC-verified holders
- Transfer rules built into the smart contract
- Every wallet tied to an identity
The company has a total asset value (NAV).
For example:
And there is a total token supply:
To find the value of one token, total assets are divided by the token supply:
The key principle to understand: our assets are constantly being added to and growing.
The company continues to acquire new assets, increase production, expand energy and commodity projects, and grow the holding's capital. This causes the company's total NAV to grow. And when NAV grows — so does the intrinsic value of the token.
That is, an investor can earn in two ways: receive dividends, and benefit from growth in the token's value as the company's assets grow.
For example, if the company's capital grows to:
With the same token supply (1 trn), the value of one token would be:
From acquisition and production to distribution
Production
Local SPVs operate and carry out extraction under official licences and the laws of the countries where the assets are located.
Asset consolidation
The Swiss Master SPV consolidates net profit and cash flows from all group assets into a single structure.
Token issuance
Issuance of a regulated ERC-3643 standard token with a built-in investor verification system (KYC), where only verified participants gain access to purchase and use the token.
Dividend distribution
Dividends are paid to token holders and holding investors participating in the growth and returns of the holding's assets.
Four layers of protection
Companies and fields.
Fields with NFT passports.
A field NFT passport is a digital passport on the blockchain that confirms the characteristics, ownership and status of a real field.
A blockchain is like a shared ledger held simultaneously by thousands of people.
Example:
- Party A transferred a token to Party B
- a record of this appears instantly for all network participants
- and it can no longer be secretly changed or deleted
That is: everyone sees the same transaction history, and no one can falsify it.
